The source of financial support to be provided to beneficiaries in return for eligible expenses is the IPARD Program Fund, created from the co-financing of the European Union and the Republic of Turkey. Green Accord Compliance Project; Consulting service expenses incurred by companies will be supported by the Ministry of Trade by 50% for a period of 5 years, up to a total of 10 million Turkish lira.

Within the scope of the Mastery Compensation Program UTP Mesem incentive, the employer participating in the program is supported by half of the monthly net minimum wage (2,750 TL) per employee. In this context, a total of 18,562 TL is paid per person for 27 weeks. This payment is deposited in cash into the employer's account.
