Incentives for Opening Stores, Workplaces, Offices, Warehouses Abroad is given to the companies that will sell Turkish goods abroad for opening

→workplace, office, liaison office

→warehouse, store, showroom, pop-up, department etc.

40-60% of the rents of these commercial centers are covered by the state for 4 years. Foreign rental incentive (formally called International Unit, Brand and Promotion Incentive) is provided by the Ministry of Commerce (formerly Ministry of Economy).

 

Rental Incentive for Abroad

 

Many companies benefit from these incentives every year within the framework of the Export Oriented State Aid Decision.

 

50% of the rents of the offices, stores, warehouses, showrooms, etc. that your company will open abroad are reimbursed for manufacturers and 50% for commercial companies.
