INCENTIVES FOR THE SALES OF REAL ESTATE ABROAD
Government incentives is given to individuals and organizations residing in Turkey that provide all kinds of real estate services in residential, commercial and other immovable areas, especially for foreigners. (real estate incentives).

1.   Overseas Unit Rental Support
Gross rent and commission expenses, including tax, duties and fees, of maximum 5 units, and certification expenses for opening a unit are supported at the rate of 50% for 5 years, up to 720,000 TL per unit per year.
Support Upper Limit: 720.000 TL - Per Unit Annually
Support Rate: 50%
Support Period: 5 Years

2.   International Advertising/Promotion and Marketing Support
Expenses related to advertising, promotion and marketing abroad are supported by 50% for 5 years and up to 1,800,000 TL per year.
Support Upper Limit: 1.800.000 TL
Support Rate: 50%
Support Period: 5 Years

3.   Product Placement Support
Product placement expenses in movies, documentaries, TV series, animations and digital games screened abroad are supported by 50% for 5 years, up to 600,000 TL per year.
Support Upper Limit: 600.000 TL
Support Rate: 50%
Support Period: 5 Years

4.   Overseas Brand Registration Support
In case you register your domestically registered trademarks abroad, the expenses related to this are supported at a rate of 50% up to 600.000 TL.

Support Rate: 50%

5.   Supporting Market Entry Documents
Expenses related to documents, certificates or accreditations determined by the Ministry are supported at a rate of 50% and up to 1,800,000 TL per year.
Support Upper Limit: 1.800.000 TL
Support Rate: 50%

6.   Individual Participation Support to International Events
Expenses related to international events determined by the Ministry are supported at the rate of 50% and up to 300,000 TL per event.
Support Upper Limit: 300.000 TL
Support Rate: 50%

7.   National Participation Support
The national participation expenses of beneficiary and cooperation organizations are supported at a rate of 60%, up to 300.000 TL per event. Regarding the organization of the national participation event, the expenses of the organizers are supported by 60% up to 1,200,000 TL.
Support Upper Limit :
⦁   Beneficiary and Cooperation Organizations: 300.000 TL per event
⦁   Organizers: 1.200.000 TL
Support Rate: 60%

8.   Support for Sectoral Buyer Delegation and Sectoral Trade Delegation Programs
Expenses related to sectoral procurement committee programs are supported at the rate of 50% and up to 600,000 TL, with a maximum of 5 programs in a calendar year, if the Ministry deems it appropriate. The said support is applied as 900.000 TL for sectoral trade delegation programs.
Support Upper Limit :
⦁   Sectoral Buyer Delegation Programs: 600.000 TL (Per event - maximum 5 programs per year)
⦁   Sectoral Trade Delegation Programs 900.000 TL(Per event - maximum 5 programs per year)
Support Rate: 50%

9.   Virtual Fair Organization Support
Organization expenses for virtual fairs approved by the Ministry are supported at a rate of 50%, up to 600,000 TL per activity.
Support Upper Limit: 600.000 TL
Support Rate: 50%

10.  Contest and Event Support
In a calendar year organized by cooperation organizations for the real estate service sector, expenses related to one competition or event are supported by 50% up to TL 1,200,000.
Support Upper Limit: 1.200.000 TL
Support Rate: 50%
