Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution 2021-2027 IPARD Program (IPARD III Period)
1. SOURCE OF THE PROGRAM
The source of financial support to be provided to beneficiaries in return for eligible expenses is the IPARD Program Fund, created from the co-financing of the European Union and the Republic of Turkey. This support is called “public contribution”. The public contribution in question will be used on a non-refundable basis for the investments made within the framework of the program.
2. PROVINCES TO APPLY
Project applications can be made from 81 provinces.
3. APPLICATION AREAS
Milk Processing
• Improving the cold chain in milk collection and milk processing,
• Increasing the production capacities of small and medium-sized milk collection centers and milk processing facilities,
• Improving the quality of dairy products of small and medium-sized enterprises that process milk or whey, increasing the production capacity of the enterprises, increasing their competitiveness and ensuring their compliance with environmental standards.
Meat and Egg Processing
• Establishment of slaughterhouses for cattle, buffalos, sheep and goats.
• Modernization of existing slaughterhouses and meat processing facilities for cattle, buffalos, sheep, goats and poultry.
• Establishing liquid, powder and processed egg production facilities in order to extend the shelf life of eggs.
Fruit and Vegetable Processing
• In the fruit and vegetable sector; reducing post-harvest losses, improving the capacities of cold storage and drying facilities and ensuring compliance of enterprises with EU standards; Elimination of production processes that pollute the environment.
Aquaculture Processing
• Establishing a cold chain in seafood processing to minimize post-harvest losses.
• Increasing the capacity of small and medium-sized processing enterprises and modernizing their processes to reach EU standards.
